1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a wide range of payment methods via Stripe, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

2. Do you accept Alipay or WeChat Pay?

Yes, we accept both Alipay and WeChat Pay. You can choose either option at checkout.

3. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are securely processed via Stripe using SSL encryption and PCI-compliant security standards.

4. Can I pay in Chinese Yuan (RMB)?

Yes. Stripe will automatically convert RMB payments. You can select your preferred currency at checkout if available.

5. When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order. A confirmation email will follow.

6. What should I do if my payment fails?

Please check your card details and balance, or try a different method. If issues persist, contact our support team.

7. The payment page isn’t responding—what can I do?

8. Do you offer installment payments?

We currently do not support installment payments.

9. Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, we can issue an electronic invoice. Leave a note in your order or email us your request.

10. Will I receive a confirmation after payment?

Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order and payment details.

11. Are there any extra fees for international payments?

We don’t charge extra, but your bank may apply foreign transaction fees based on currency or policy.

12. How are refunds processed?

If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

13. Will I get a full refund?

If your return meets our policy, the product price will be fully refunded. Shipping fees may or may not be refunded depending on the case.

14. Why was my payment declined?

It could be due to card restrictions, bank policies, or Stripe’s security checks. Try another method or contact your bank.
